Both services are available exclusively to riders active in our lesson or training programs.

Full Care Boarding

We offer full care board that includes:

  • Daily feeding (customized grain and hay schedules)
  • Turnout in safe pastures with herd-matched groups
  • Stall cleaning and bedding management
  • Blanketing and fly mask services
  • Owner updates and health monitoring
  • Use of all riding arenas and on-site trails
  • Access to our secure tack rooms and grooming areas

Boarding Eligibility

  • Riders enrolled in weekly lesson or training programs
  • Approved horses that are up-to-date on vaccinations and farrier care
  • Owners who align with our barn’s values of care, respect, and community
  • We do not offer pasture-only or self-care boarding at this time.

Partial and Full Horse Leases

Our lesson horses are available to lease on a partial or full basis for qualifying riders. Leasing gives students more riding time, consistency, and the joy of building a relationship with one horse.

Partial Lease

  • 2–3 scheduled rides per week
  • Shared use with another rider or lesson program
  • Priority scheduling for lessons and practice rides

Full Lease

  • 5–6 riding days per week
  • Exclusive use of the horse
  • Participation in lessons and select shows

Leasing is subject to horse availability and rider experience level.

It’s also ideal for students who are preparing for future horse ownership, giving them valuable hands-on responsibility. IEA team members can benefit from the regular saddle time that leasing provides, helping them stay competition-ready. Additionally, families who are considering buying a horse can use leasing as a way to test their commitment and ensure they’re ready for the long-term responsibilities of ownership.
